We are a young photographic group “Karbon” from Poland and we want to show you the beauty of forgotten and underestimated industrial heritage in our home – Upper Silesia.
Monumental buildings, cosmic postindustrial structures, rising above the horizon chimneys, shaft and water towers, crumbling and overgrown with grass and trees abandoned ruins of mines, ironworks and factories and even wild heaps taken over by nature – this is the beauty of our industrial landscape and forgotten history.
