Oh god this is one of those poor cats the Japanese bred to have short legs. So cruel to the cats

To be fair, the Munchkin (as the breed is called) was a natural mutation that was first found in america as far as I can remember. It is actually not something that we humans have made unlike many other pets. This cat is just as a dachshund. It's legs doesn't hinder it in any way but just like the dachshund it might get some issues with it's back. But as long as you take care of them and realize the issues they might have it shouldn't be a problem :)
