A few months ago, I stayed in a friend’s apartment in Rio de Janeiro. Instead of getting the beautiful natural views that we are all familiar with, we had something more interesting; the neighbouring apartment block.

Each evening as we sat outside, we were entertained by the different goings-on in each window. This illustration depicts some of the action we viewed from our balcony across the way.
