“Between Rivers” is released between 17th to 24th, July, 2016. I was initially inspired by a poem, “Lines Written in Early Spring”, written by Williams Wordsworth. “If this belief from heaven be sent, if such be nature’s holy plan, Have I not reason to lament, what man has made of man.” One of the most beautiful line that touched me deeply. Through those words I see images vibrating in front of me, then this series got to started.

I know the fact that I still hold a grudge against my past, and try to escape those shadow over my head. When I try to open up the locked box hiding deeply inside my memory, I start to realize I can never make peace with life by avoidance, but to face it. “Between Rivers” is partially about that, about me trying to look life in the eye. Fail or not, it’s my first step. In closing, I quote Michael Cunningham, “To look life in the face. Always to look life in the face and to know it for what it is”.
