I am Marius Tudor, a Romanian 31 years old wedding photographer in love with street photography and in love with Bucharest, the city I live in. I am trying to photograph as many events that take place in my city as I can attend. I am very happy that I could be present at the very first edition of Bucharest Light Festival.
What is all about? There is an outdoor exhibition of light projection and video mapping on the most well known buildings placed on Calea Victoriei, one of the most beautiful street in Bucharest.
Some other attractions like Large Pendulum Wave a kinetic installation that uses moving light globes or a big bulbs cloud delights the viewers.
Among the buildings illuminated during the Festival of Light is Central University Library, National Museum of Art of Romania, Ministry of Interior, Odeon Theatre, National Military Circle, CEC Palace and National Museum of History.
23 works of art, installations, architectural lighting systems and videomapping sites in total an area of about 6,000 square meters will be illuminated during the festival, most installations using LED light sources.
