I Can’t Wear High Heels So I Paint Them Instead

As a busy working Mom of a very active toddler, I don’t have much time to go out. Although high heels have become a distant memory, I decided that this shouldn’t stop me from enjoying high fashion and sharing my passion for beautiful shoes with the world.

In fact, I realized I can enjoy literally any pair of shoes at any time, regardless of the price tag or the freezing Canadian winter (as long my baby takes a long nap and I have time to unpack my watercolours). Over the past 3 months I painted 12 of my favorite designer shoes – Valentino, Dior, Oscar de la Renta, Cavalli, Marchesa and several Lauboutins – all decorated with my favourite flowers.
