With Thanksgiving spirit in the air and hundreds of cardboard boxes in recycling bins across town, it was only a matter of time before the cardboard turkey became a reality. We spent a day diving into recycling bins, then an afternoon cutting and sorting boxes, followed by many hours designing and laser-cutting the proper pieces. At last, we assembled the 2.5 ft. cardboard turkey displayed below and named him Carl.

It wasn’t long until Carl, The Cardboard Turkey, got lonely and we decided to create a little friend for him.
