If you're a carnivore, bring your meat to room temperature before cooking. If you're starting with meat that's been in the fridge, you can run into all sorts of problems, for example, the outside may still char when it hits the pan, but the inside will remain cold or lukewarm unless you overcook the whole thing.

The EveryGirl also offered a few tips. Like, don't overcrowd your pan. Even if you think you have enough room in your skillet for an extra piece of chicken. Don’t risk it. There’s a chance the heat won’t distribute evenly to the rest of the food inside the pan, and not only the flavor can suffer from this. You can create a health risk.

Another thing you can do is store your spices in the right location. To prolong their life, keep them in a cool, dark place. Don’t put them on top of the stove, the heat and humidity can alter their flavor greatly.

I can't believe these... Once I was at a restaurant with my mom and she ordered grilled chicken. When it arrived, it was raw in the middle so we called over the server and told her what was wrong. She seriously looked at the chicken and said "Oh, so you like it a little more done?" What the-! Of course we like it a little more done! It's chicken! lol

I would like to see the recipe. Chicken breasts + not much herbs. Put the chicken breasts on a pan, don't heat it much. It is not needed. Wait a few seconds. Done when the meat is still pink. Put chicken on a plate, add some herbs to make it nice. Bon apetit & enjoy your salmonella.

How are some people so ignorant of how to cook? I learnt with my mother and at junior and secondary school. Nowadays there's millions of recipes online, guide videos, this pic just turns my stomach 😷

Eh, it doesn't look awesome (not something I'd ever photograph) but it looks like all edible ingredients and probably doesn't taste too bad (though most likely not exciting, either). Sometimes things turn out more mushy than they ought to be.
