WeRateDogs owner Matt Nelson has already pulled off an awesome prank on the FCC Chairman Ajit Pai (a proponent of a rule change that would threaten net neutrality), and illustrator Karina Farek has created a comic that perfectly shows why Matt and the majority of the internet are against what Pai so strongly stands for.

Basically, net neutrality is the principle that internet service providers must treat all data on the internet the same, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or method of communication. This means that internet service providers can’t block, slow down or charge users money for specific websites and online content. Scroll down to check out what the world would look like if all of this goes to waste.
