Neighbor Loses His “Special” Binoculars In This Woman’s Yard, She Says His Wife Needs To Come And Pick Them Up
Recently, a story from a 28-year-old woman shared on the AITA subreddit caught everyone’s attention. After moving into a new neighborhood, the woman who goes by the handle ThrowRaBinaculoras noticed that her neighbor had been looking at her house for a while.
“He had his binoculars with him and was basically, seemingly looking at my living room,” the author explained. It soon became evident this wasn’t a sole incident and the neighbor was deliberately stalking her.
One day, the creepy neighbor dropped his binoculars into the author’s backyard, so she decided to confront him big time.

Not only is stalking a frightening experience, it’s also a criminal offense. In the beginning, a victim of stalking may feel like the incident is either a one-off or a misunderstanding. However, if the unwanted behavior happens repeatedly and distresses or frightens the victim, it’s best to trust your gut and not just put up with it.
If the stalking incidents escalate, the victim should keep notes of all incidents. Moreover, they should also let other people know about the problem and that includes fellow neighbors, friends and relatives. Keeping a close eye on the perpetrator is crucial.
If the stalker uses text, email or post, the victim should also always keep evidence as it can be used in court. It’s not a good idea to respond to the perpetrator’s notes since it can give them the attention they have been craving.
If the victim decides to confront the stalker, they may want to explain to them how their behavior makes them uncomfortable. If the perpetrator denies stalking, showing them photographic or any other evidence may be helpful. Most importantly, the victim has to let them know that they need to stop immediately or they will face legal consequences.

NTA. Take them to the police, and file a report against him for peeping. It's gross behaviour. Consider what you can do to make your home more private - possibly adding net curtains or privacy film to the windows on that side of the property will make you feel more comfortable in your home.
