Woman Documents Her Daughter Turning A Spare Room Into A House For Their Dogs
Most of us tend to spoil our pets as if they were our children. They are our family members, after all, and man’s best friends. Therefore, we try to show our appreciation for their existence by buying them treats, grooming, and, most importantly, endless walkies and pets. Well, this lady apparently thought that wasn’t enough for her pampered pets.
Whilst doing a bedroom makeover, she realized she could spoil her Yorkshire terriers, Ginger and Fergie, with a sleeping space of their own too. A simple DIY dog house wasn’t going to cut it — no, no. She made a fabulous walk-in for her pooches instead, complete with doors, windows, skirting boards, and even pictures hanging on the walls.
Whilst a lot of us have more time for home improvement at the moment, this lady (known only as “Diane”) has gone above and beyond in her work. Over the course of a fortnight, she documented her progress on the DIY project for all to see. Naturally, people on Twitter thought the dogs’ miniature house was adorable. In return, their owners worked hard to create a beautiful miniature house for them from scratch

They first made the frame for the dog house, then built walls and laid down the flooring

Well done! You've put in a lot of effort and now you have a really nice new room to enjoy. I love the idea of the double dog house cum window seat. The faux wall paneling and the three different shades of colour on the walls make the room look very, what should I say, distinguished, classy, traditional? Indeed, very, very nice.
The dogs look at the pictures and wee probably like> "Remember this?, oh hey! there's that dog we saw once at the park!" "Oh hey, there's me!, and you!"
I hope they designed it so the roof comes off, because otherwise it would be pretty difficult to get in there and clean it properly. It would get reeeal grungy in there before long...
