Two days ago a man named Andrew left this note on a windshield of a strangers car: “Hey, when I pulled up I saw that you were telling someone that they shouldn’t leave their dog in the car while they went to the post office. I think that is AWESOME! Just wanted to say thanks and here is a wristband and $5 to buy a beer on me”.
True heroes are among us and they deserve to be recognized, don’t you think?

Dear Sam Spade. All I can say is, Wow, your level of ignorance and stupidity is surprising to say the very least!. Although I'm sure you're just looking for attention and I think that perhaps even replying to your pathetic little comment might already be giving you more attention than what you actually deserve. Maybe the "busy bodies" should also leave child abusers to publicly abuse children? yup that sounds "ideal". All I can say is Well done to each and every person who has the courage to be a so called busy-body to stand up for what's right or wrong, we Salute you! And to dear old Sam, I feel so sorry for your pets and hope that they manage to escape one day. I suppose every dog will have it's day! ;-) lets hope yours will be in a locked up, boiling hot car...
Oh I want these wrist bands to hand out...also what a wonderful thing Andrew did..
Thank you Andrew, those wristbands are great would like to know where they are available. Can't believe that people leave animals (and sometimes children) in the car on these hot days.
I saw this sing outside a vet's office recently: Hot dogs belong in buns, not in cars!
@Sam Spade, you don't deserve a dog and should go to prison for animal cruelty. You should never be allowed to keep a pet as you are clearly immature with sociopathic tendencies, and unable to look after it properly. Even a decent 7 year old child would know not to leave a dog or any living creature in the car on a hot day! I hope your dog escapes one day! Thank god for good people like Andrew!
I think this is awesome! I live in Austin and its been in the triple digits for a couple of weeks now! Sadly a baby just died yesterday after being left in a car. Encouraging the spreading of this knowledgeable is a worthy thing!
Excellent that the gentleman told off those people who were about to leave their dog in the hot car. He deserves the wristband and thanks from this young man.
I think it would be better to know more details, including the weather and if the windows were cracked. We leave our dogs in our vehicle all the time, but we have a sunroof that we leave open, along with cracked windows. It is also not suffocatingly hot either. We have pups that bark and jump at passerby, and its not a good thing to tie them up outside a store. But we will if we have to of course. People need to be a little bit more open minded. Im sorry, go ahead and crucify me, but if its 25 degrees celcius, its not going to cause brain damage or trauma to the pups if youre running into the post office for 5 minutes. This gentleman is a good soul for commenting on it to the owner of the dogs, but I would also prefer to know more information before jumping to conclusions. And if you berate me for that, then you need to take a good hard look in the mirror.
Cracker jax, i highly doubt that people will make such a fuss if it was cold out, give people a little more credit. And in all honesty, what's the point in bringing your dog out of the house, only to leave them in the car?
I'd like literature (a pamphlet or something) to hand people. It would lend authenticity in this situation, and potentially make someone more likely to listen.
After being in relationship with Wilson for seven years,he broke up with me, I did everything possible to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so much because of the love I have for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. I explained my problem to someone online and she suggested that I should contact a spell caster that could help me cast a spell to bring him back but I am the type that don't believed in spell, I had no choice than to try it, I meant a spell caster called dr clement and I email him, and he told me there was no problem that everything will be okay before three days, that my ex will return to me before three days, he cast a powerful spell on my ex and surprisingly in the second day, it was around 4pm, My ex called me, surprisingly, I answered the call and all he said was that he was so sorry for everything that happened, that he wanted me back to him, that he loves me so much. I was so happy and went to him, that was how we s
it's just a little gift to say thank you for the advice the man gave about leaving pets in the car, i don't get how this is "typically f*****g american"...
