You know reading all these you pronounced them wrong makes me laugh because if I was the one who got left I really wouldn't give a d**k what their pronouns are, reason? I mean, yeah. If my husband brought one of his soldiers in (a female) to stay at our house on the weekends, and told me she was gay, but then left me for her, bc SURPRISE!! She's not gay, but then she transitioned into a male, making her a he now, and my ex husband stayed with them, effectively making him gay, as he is now living as a man (or, who they really we're all along), then yeah, I'd be a little PISSED that he cheated on me and LIED to me about the whole situation. And probably due to that anger, I can see how I might mix up the pronouns. I'd never be angry that my ex is living the way he was born to, just at the whole situation. You know why? Because MY everything just left. My whole world would be crashing down, and people want to get mad bc she didn't use the right pronouns??

I think she wrote it pretty clearly - Husband says his female work friend is a lesbian. She is not a lesbian. Husband leaves his wife for the not-lesbian work friend. Then the not-lesbian work friend transitions into male. Hope that helps!

So, HE transitioned. Don't use dead pronouns for trans people, whether you like the individual or not. It hurts the entire community when their identities are tokenized or dismissed.

This happened to a lady I know. She was expecting to go on a vacation with her boyfriend. Instead he went on the vacation with his wife.

I really don't understand men. If you know for a fact that a woman won't be on board with your s**t, there will be someone who does, so let that woman alone. You're wasting someone's time and making them do things against their principles without them knowing (yeah, l was made the side piece without me knowing. This story doesn't fit exactly but I'd like to share... This happened before cellphones were a thing: Boyfriend wanted to prove how much he loved me so he asked me to watch him burn his little black book. He couldn't think of a lie fast enough when, a few days later, I discovered he made a duplicate
Between these and the post about "nice guys", if anything happens to my husband (dies or we split up), I think I'll just be single forever.
The world is full of terrible people. My question to the folks who are blaming the women in these scenarios, is how can you tell who is going to turn out to be a genuine nice guy and who is not? Usually the first clue is discovering a lie... hence these accounts. These guys don't have forehead tattoos or ear tags or smell different... the same is true for predators who spike your drink or random coworkers who stalk women or any one of a host of disreputable jerks. If you really believe that these ladies are just "bad" at choosing men, then help out a bit. Don't be like this. Don't stay silent in support of this. Don't get mad at a woman who wants to take it slow or be cautious. Don't whine about women who try to be diligent and keep guys at arm's length but this pisses you off, 'cuz "not all men". Problem is, good guys and bad guys can look and behave very, very similarly. Until they don't.
Let me give these ladies some advice. If you find yourself constantly attracted to men like this you need to figure why you're falling for the smoke and mirrors of manipulative people. It's likely you fall for others like strippers, aggressive sale reps, populist politicians ....etc. My argument is that there's NO WAY these were a one time scenario. It's likely this toxic behavior was brought to your attention and was dismissed.
