I had been dealing with depression and anxiety for years. But in 2013, it was at its very worst―it was a nightmare. Through therapy, art, and exercise, I slowly got my life back. Lately, I've been drawing comics about my experiences to share what has helped me and to encourage people who are walking the same path I did.

How is looking good equal to mental health? How is what others see equal to what you feel? And how on earth is talking to others about feelings and similar things not helpful with mental health? If you think that cosmetic surgery helps with mental health, you probably had mental health problems, went and got your cosmetic surgery and then you were so excited to be home that the excitement got rid of the mental health problems. Do the research before saying something, please.

I really like these! They got a great many giggles out of me, and also quite a bit of 'oooh I can relate to this'. :) Too bad I could not individually 'like' the comics, then I would have given extra credit to my favourites :)
