Imagine cutting off your OWN CHILD because they were gay. Bus drivers are great. At my old school I had horrendous anxiety and to combat it I draw or read. Once I was catching the bus home and I was reading one of my favourite novels. It was a good 40 minutes and I figured I had plenty of time to read. But when I looked up, I was well past my stop. I was almost at panic attack level and made my way up the front of the now-empty bus and tried to convey my situation to the driver but was so panicked I could hardly form a sentence. But I keep a paper on my with my bus and stop on me when I catch the bus, so I handed my paper to the driver. He took a quick look at it, smiled and turned the bus around. He was so kind about it.
Not all of them. I remember one who was complaining she's been fired and it wasn't *fair*; "I only had 1 accidents in 2 years, and I never *killed* anybody!" (Honest. I could't make this stuff up.)
