“What’s Wrong With My Cat?” Online Group Has Owners Posting Pics Of Their Malfunctioning Cats And Here Are 50 Of The Funniest Ones
It’s beyond belief how little we know about what we call our best furry friends. Ok, we don’t actually call cats that, ‘cause they would be better off without humans altogether, but we’d like to think we are.
I mean, we now have evidence that felines sleep in trees, form super weird shapes with fellow felines, and on some occasions, their .exe just stops working. Apparently, that’s not it.
People have a whole subreddit dedicated to sightings of cats that got caught acting super weird. Like weird². Serious about not being serious, we present you the most off-the-track cattos from r/WhatsWrongWithYourCat that either need some fixing, or I give up.

All Hail To The Light
Maybe a moth? But, yeah, something pinging their radar.
Load More Replies...Oh, lord of the light, we, your servants, do humbly beseech you to let the humans go back to work and get the hell out of our house. Amen.
Five cats, five bulbs? No coincidence. Getting ready to beam up to the mother ship.
It's a moth, probably :D But clever way to create a coven of black cats!
The message from the mothership is brief but brutal. "Damage to the drive requires you to stay behind and fend for yourselves. You must adapt to allow your children the glorious opportunity t...bzzzzttt...zap!"
Seriously. I don’t want my food to be put somewhere that’s been exposed to a cat’s anus.
Load More Replies...i get super worried when more than 2 of my cats look at the same thing. this would send me running!
OK so how many freakin' cats does it take to screw in a light bulb?
Are your cats having a seance? Did they just watch "The Craft?" Are they attempting an exorcism to get rid of the dog?
The Cult of Cat is upon us. Submit to your feline overlords.
It's a surprise that any of the plants and wall decorations have survived those cats
They’re either having a seance or picking dibs for a fly of some sort.
Someone knows how hard it is for black cats to get adopted?
Load More Replies...Oh all mighty light please tell us when will those humans feed us today ;=]]
This one is easy - drop everything and run like fuck!! I've 2 cats and if I saw them doing that, I'd know the little bastards were planning to kill me in my sleep! I love my cats really lol 😹😹😹
My cat is real interested in the ceiling when there is bug flying around it
Have to admit, that does look a bit like a Satanic ritual - that's a lot of black cats!
Well, there IS a (Norwegian) book called "Thrush in the ceiling light" ... 😁😀
Rude!! It doesn't matter how many animals one person owns as long as they have the space to keep them, the money to provide food & health care & lot's & lot's of love! The Beautiful cats are all spaced out, don't look hungry or sick cuz they have fat bellys & thier active & entertained & loved!!

Bored Panda reached out to the creator of r/WhatsWrongWithYourCat, which now has 200K members and basically says “that's just not right.”
The redditor just-a-traveler told us that he made the subreddit as a companion to a similar subreddit r/WhatsWrongWithYourDog. Created five years ago, the dog community now has a staggering 875K members.
“Both subreddits serve as a place for folks to show off their pets being goofs,” just-a-traveler said. He was also laconic when asked about the idea behind it: “the images pretty much speak for themselves.”
And it’s true. We don’t know why these cats are acting so weird and stuff, but we may never find a reason. In the end, this is cat logic and the only thing we are sure about is that it doesn’t work by the book.

Guys, Please, What's Wrong With My Bat?
But cat behavior experts do believe that some weird feline behavior can, in fact, be explained. For example, when cats knead or “make biscuits” with their paws, it’s their instincts calling. Richard Gowan, a veterinarian at The Cat Clinic, believes that: "This action could be a marking instinct as the cat releases hormones through their feet. [They] might do it on your bed to mark it as theirs."
Meanwhile, if the cat is headbutting, it doesn’t necessarily mean they want us to pet them. Instead, Gowan suggests they are marking us with their scent glands. "When cats do things like kneading, scratching, or headbutting, they're actually marking you with their glands."
Gowan also believes that if cat refuses to use a litter box, it’s not always them being naughty. On the contrary, it may be your fault. “The cat might be thinking, 'No, your litter-box management isn't up to my standards,'" he said.
