Cheer me up with some funny kiddo stories!

Not really funny but made me smile. When I got in my wreck and broke my back I was going through some depression from not being able to work and my son said dad you shouldn’t be sad you have metal in your body your like Iron Man your a hero ( he’s 15 ) and that made me feel better
Locked both of us out of the house when she was 2 1/2. We were out on our back deck, doing small tasks. Luckily, I had our phone because she had just been saying hello to grandma.
Our daughter walks into the house from the deck, closes the door behind her. I looked at my wife and said, “She just locked us out”. Wife said, “We’ll just go through the garage”,
Can’t that door is locked.
Front door?
Locked.
Tools? Inside the house
We begin thinking of ways into the house. Nothing. So I call the fire department.
7 minutes later, after taking door to house from garage off it’s hinges
We find our 2 1/2 yr old daughter sitting in a kitchen chair watching her Barney videotape on the portable tv.
My little guy can be a bit sensitive which is fine. About 5 yrs ago I was pushing him on the swings. He decided to try to do a flip getting off. He didn't make it. He faced planted right into the mulch. Before I could react he bounced right up a looked me in eye and said. "That didn't go as planned." His dead pan delivery cracked me up
