I was never interested in this song and never really got it, my whole life fell apart once my great grandma died, and then my dog shortly after, this song just got stuck in my head and I finally understood what it meant, I sing it to myself when I'm depressed because it reminds me that everyone dies, and that I'll see my loved ones again.

Pretty much the song says deep down it hurts. It’s hard to see the future best off dead. I can’t feel the love or hate. Feels hopeless got no help. But I will not break. I will not fall no matter how much it hurts.
I feel like these a lot for me it has a deep meaning because I hit those lows a lot but the song reminds me that sometimes u got to keep moving in life
