What one thing do you wish you could tell people about your fear? Please say what your fear is. I won’t judge. I promise. (As I have 2 odd fears)

I'm claustrophobic, and people tell me that it's okay, and I am safe, but that doesn't do anything. I get anxious and I want to shove people and get out, but I can't.
I have astrophobia, which is a fear of storms. I can't move or touch anything metal when there's a storm going on. I have panic attacks. Everyone tells me not to be scared. Doesn't work.
I have apiphobia, the fear of bees. My family tells me to "just get over it," but how am I able to get rid of an instinct. No one tells you to gain a fear. "Overcome your fear!" I should slam into a bee hive? Sounds like a good idea.
