The pandemic, however, might reduce the number of submissions the subreddit receives. They say practice makes perfect and coronavirus is really making Americans cook. In one recent survey, 54 percent of respondents said they cook more than before the pandemic, while 75 percent said they have become more confident in the kitchen and 51 percent said they will continue to cook more after the crisis ends.

Ant that's a good thing. On average, those who frequently cook at home eat less fat and sugar than other people; many restaurants and food companies use so much of these ingredients in their recipes, home cooks just can't keep up.
I guess the big question is whether or not we will return to our previous ways once everything goes back to normal. Let's just hope that our palates will have experienced a reset and our hands would have acquired enough skill to retain our new eating and cooking habits. At least a little bit.

As a kid I always put my pasta in a dinner roll. My dream was to open a pasta sandwich restaurant. Then I got older and realized - carbs. I would call it CARBonara

The spaghetti garlic bread sandwich would find a place in my belly at least.
I purchased Pasta Pizza once , while in Napoli , at my own free will.I even erased the photo to forget of the dreadful experience.
Minus the veggies, ive taken my spaghetti and dumped a fork full ontop of garlic bread and eaten it like that. Again, not using the bread as a sandwich like this, but still was tasty, (and I wasn't high)
Actually if I am alone at home I have been known to put spaghetti or lasagna between two heavily garlic buttered slices of bread.

I've always made spaghetti sandwiches... used a brioche bun and I always put ground sausage in my sauce so hey! Noodles, sausage and sauce on a brioche... Yeah man!

I mostly skip the noodles & eat the sauce on the garlic bread anyway.
Doesn't look bad. Just remove the spaghetti from the bread and mix it with the veggies and then eat bread and pasta separately
