Our social media feeds often contain much more than just innocent puns and juicy innuendo. If we keep our eyes open, every now and then, we can notice important social topics popping up alongside funny relatable TikToks and mind-bending Twitter threads.
Even more so if we follow accounts that are consciously trying to make statements and spark discussions. Like the Instagram page 'Nasty Feminism.'
Calling itself a "leftist activism-based" online project, it unapologetically shares hot takes on a wide variety of issues, ranging from racism to migration and everything in between. Here are a few of their most popular posts.

I’ve seen this in several pro life groups and 99% of them are fine with all these things.
They are not "pro-life." They are anti-choice, anti-female, pro-birth. Republican anti-choicers would NEVER force a man to pay child support at 6 weeks and certainly would deport any undocumented citizen if they were pregnant, specifically so the child would not be born in the USA.
Load More Replies...We don't so these things, but shouldn't we? It's not like there aren't a lot of doc visits and cost related to the cost of a newborn that the father should probably actually be paying child support on. Maybe we should start doing some of these things.
As a pro-life person myself, I have to say the child support thing is a fabulous idea. Actually, earlier this month I believe, a democrat in Oklahoma introduced a bill that would require men to financially support the unborn baby and mother, and the idea was generally applauded by pro-lifers. I'm not sure why everyone thinks this is a good argument against us, because most of the pro-lifers I know would agree.
I firmly believe people that find themselves in this situation should exercise their legal rights and force the courts to go on the books one way or the other. Either they uphold the law and create more complications in society or they can't uphold the abortion law because they can't also accommodate all these downstream implications (also their base argument would be proven hypocritical).
It is possible to have insurance money even if you misscarry early, I sadly know that from own experience. Would rather have a live baby then the money though. Child support sounds great, but not sure what costs someone in a belly has, no activities or clothing and we have free maternal care. I sure can take the child support for my pregnancy cravibgs though 😁.
Child support is to support the life of the child. So if a child is alive at 6 weeks payments start then. The way to argue out of it would mean reversing the argument that life begins at 6 weeks (or conception as some would have it).
Load More Replies...Speaking of women's rights... Does a female fetus have the right not to be torn limb from limb ? It's a human life - when it comes to rights, should go all in. PS - insurance is not a right - it's a business transaction between consenting parties.
A fetus isn't viable in itself. It can't consent but it also cannot deny. Stop trying to derail this conversation with imaginary problems. Takes a special kind of weirdo to think this is a good argument, honestly
Load More Replies...and if the mother is killed, will the perpetrator be charged with double homicide.
A fetus isn't a fetus until the 9th week after conception. Before then it's an embryo.
Depends on how "they" define person. Is it a free human of flesh and blood or is it a person in the eyes of Corporation of (Country) as a legal person, or fictional person in the form of a social security number? A fetus does not have a social security number and all monetairy transactions is via this legal person. "The System" does not work with free humans of flesh and blood.
actualy Republicans in Congress just introduced a bill to grant people the ability to collect Child Tax Credits on a fetus. Further a child concieved or even in transit in the US is no a citizen, only birth, the Supreme Court ruled on that years ago. So the mother would not be pregnant with a US Citizen under the law. This is just someone being stupid.
"It can't survive on it's own, therefore, it's not viable." Really? So, by that logic, a 3 year old should be legally classified as "not human" or "not viable", and for that matter, so should a 90 year old stroke survivor, or a 35 year old person in a vegetative state.
A fetus is a person at conception. Only a liberal would argue that microscopic organisms on another planet would be confirmed as life but not a fetus.
You skipped all of school and and definitely all brain days, no doubt about it. Imagine thinking this was a smart thing to say. That's Dunning-Kruger for you. Good thing it doesn't hurt being stupid.
Load More Replies...If the man should have no say in aborting a baby, because he isn’t the one carrying it, then he shouldn’t be held responsible for child support. Just figuring if we are going here we should go all in, right?
The man can walk away and sign away his parental rights which means he is no longer financially responsible for the child and he has no parental rights to the child.

Expecting people to pay for their cum droplets isn’t an ask or a beg. You’re too poor for child support? Why even live at that point.
Load More Replies...According to a 2020 Pew Research Center survey about gender equality, many of the values of the feminist movement have been accepted across the political spectrum in the United States, even among Americans who don't personally identify as feminists.
For instance, a majority of Democrats and Republicans say it is very important for women to have equal rights with men. Similarly, majorities in both partisan coalitions support adding the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
But feminists are much more likely than non-feminists to say the country has not gone far enough when it comes to giving women equal rights with men (74% vs. 39%). Feminists are also more likely to say the bigger problem is people not seeing discrimination against women where it really does exist, rather than people seeing discrimination against women where it really does not exist (81% of adults who identify as feminists say not seeing discrimination is the bigger problem, compared with 53% of non-feminists).
These and other forms of video surveillance are sometimes the ONLY evidence and there are still attempts to suppress it.
The researchers think these differences can be somewhat explained by partisanship: feminists are far more likely than non-feminists to identify with or lean toward the Democratic Party.
Overall, Democrats and those who lean Democratic are more likely than Republicans and Republican leaners to say gender equality is very important, and they are more than twice as likely to say the country has not gone far enough in giving women equal rights (76% vs. 33%). And while most Democrats (85%) say the bigger problem is people not seeing discrimination against women where it really does exist, a much smaller share of Republicans (46%) say the same.
As all movements do, feminism has evolved greatly since its beginning in the 19th century. Another 2020 Pew Research Center survey found that overall, the public feels the feminist movement has contributed to the advancement of women's rights in the U.S.: 22% say it's done a great deal and 48% say it’s done a fair amount.
But 43% of adults who say feminism describes them very or somewhat well also say the movement is polarizing, and 45% would not describe it as inclusive.
Note to all the BP users who lump millionaires in with billionaires.
However, Cynthia de las Fuentes, Ph.D., past-president of American Psychological Association's Div. 35 (Society for the Psychology of Women), thinks such negative perceptions derive from media distortion-not the movement's mission of equality for the sexes at work and at home.
She also believes that many simply don't realize that equality has yet to be achieved.
"A lot of young people think that women's rights have already been accomplished," said de las Fuentes, an associate professor at San Antonio-based Our Lady of the Lake University. "We've got Title IX; we've got laws against gender discrimination. But they don't realize there are still so many forces against women's rights, like reproductive rights and pay equity. We still have 73 cents on the dollar a man earns."
Luckily, as the popularity of this Instagram shows, people appreciate the reminders.
Not matter what happens to this woman, she'll be able to look at herself in the mirror, because she has retained her humanity. Can those seeking to jail her say the same?
Better screening to become a police officer??? IDK but too many are starting to look like they have joined a club/cult that hunt humans
Yeah, I see those arguments a lot. Things like "He did have a counterfeit $20 bill!". AND THAT MEANS HE DESERVES TO DIE? Since when is there a death penalty on counterfeit bills? Or just on having priors? Or on sleeping in your bed? Even if someone is a real criminal, there is still a) no death penalty on their crime or b) a police is not a judge, jury or executioner and can't kill someone even if there's a death penalty on the crime.
A "friend" of mine calls it "Barbie goes to College". She has never seen it and just thinks it must be stupid. It's a wonderful movie
That is how politics should work but sad that it takes an external agency to do what our government should have the money to do.
And this is Serena Williams, a world-famous wealthy tennis player, ffs. Good luck if you're just an average woman or much worse, when you are actually poor and a minority on top of that.
And that was awesome, since I live in Tulsa. I could literally see the empty arena as Trump and his representatives were on TV lying and saying it was full.
It actually angers a lot of people. But gender reveal parties are not brought on by politics.
How is buying a turkey at the grocery, a turkey that was slaughtered, any different?
And eventually people will be able to say "All these African countries have been independent for longer than they were British colonies." Isn't the concept of time wonderful.
Children used to be sentenced to hard labor for stealing bread. Inequalities have ALWAYS existed. Nothing is new.

Im so sad now, that is irrelevant. But my heart goes out to everyone living this life and faces the fear that comes with it. I cant even think of anything empowering or comforting to say. Its just Sick, obviously so sick. Im ashamed to be so protected by the color of my skin. I never keep my mouth shut when i hear someone say stupid s**t, that is the least i can do, but it will never measure up or be enough. Im so so sorry ❤️
Now guys, you something else they should out here??? Okay, so I saw this post of this women, she was sick, really sick, she was fighting for her life to survive. Okay, but, hear me out, let the downvotes begin, why the f**k does that matter???
