As bushfires continue ravaging the vast territories of Australia, its devastating effects on the wildlife has inspired numerous artists to express their grief through their art. Maybe because this is not only about Australia. There are more bushfires everywhere, and maybe this refers also to the Amazon Fires from 2019, maybe that's why there is a sloth. All the bushfires worldwide are happening due to climate change and its all our homes that are in danger.

I believe the sloth is crying with the koala because they don't understand these fires, not because the sloths are natives of Australia because they are not.
