Man Spends 3 Years Proposing To His Girlfriend Via Love Letters, She Never Notices It Until One Day
Timothy and Candice recently got married after 3 years of dating, and the way Timothy slowly proposed over the course of those 3 years made his new wife “burst into tears” when the big moment came.
When the couple first got together back in 2013, Timothy began writing Candice love letters that each contained part of a secret message. Once he hit 14 notes, the two sat down and read each one, and eventually the message was revealed through the first capital letter of each note.
“I am very difficult to surprise so this totally caught me off guard,” Candice told Daily Mail Australia. “Tim is always like this. He’s genuinely a thoughtful and romantic kind of guy.” Timothy also wrote a song for her 2 months into their relationship, and serenaded her with it on their wedding day. Let’s hope this couple is in for a lifetime of surprising each other in the sweetest ways.

Share on FacebookI think it is beautiful. I love it. And I am glad they shared it with us. I don´t understand why is someone judging that they told their story to the newspapers. Why not? It was unique idea and it migth encourage more couples to be more romantic. Such a sweet and long-term romance is really rare these days. So I´m glad they are giving their story as an example of really sweet and pure romance. I think if the husband stays that creative we can look forward for their anniversary :-) I mean I see nothing wrong on making this story public. I think we can be glad they shared it with us. It made me smile, it made me hug and kiss my love, it simply made my day :-) Thank you newlyweds and good luck to both of you! Stay romantic! :-)
It is a beautiful and very clever way to propose. However, my question is why did it take 3 years to write a handful of letters?
Because getting a love letter a day is suspicious and she would have known something was up?
Load More Replies...That was so cute. I mean imagine 3 years the boy was waiting. But, I'm glad they finally got together!
Would it also get posted and publiced if in the end she would have said no?
They look like a perfect couple. One day, I'll have a relationship like that but for now, I'm the idiot at school that sits by herself at break and doesn't talk to anyone.
I married my best friend. We met via a social app, typed to each other every day, then the phone calls, then meeting up for coffee, then for dinner, then every other weekend, then we fell in love, we didn't rush the engagement and have been married 10 years in October. Our foundation is rock solid, nothing is going to break us. And we have the benefit of friends with benefits.
Glad she is the type to save his letters. But I'm guessing he knew that. lol

Does anyone see a slight hint of creepiness in this? Consider this - he started proposing to her almost as soon as they met. That strikes me as pretty odd. It's romantic and whatnot, but... off balance.
Actually, he didn't start proposing almost as soon as they met. They've been friends since 2009 according to the post. He only proposing when they started dating 2013. Maybe he was already in love with her before they even started going out? He might have felt that she's THE ONE even before that dating so when he got her, he decided to cement it as quickly as possible LOL
Load More Replies...OMG someone shared their happiness with the rest of the world, call the police! They can't do whatever they want with their lives, it made one commentator feel uncomfortable and less special in THEIR lives!
