I had a friend in college that thought I complained too much about mosquitos. One time I went hiking with him to a place that had clouds of mosquitos. We were bitten many times, but then I discovered that he was not allergic to mosquito bites: He had no swelling or itching, no effects at all. No wonder he didn't care or wear repellant. I sometimes wonder if he eventually got west nile virus or something.

I wouldn't have a problem with mosquitos taking some of my blood- I have plenty, and they take like 1ml max- but the injecting of allergy juice that makes the bite all itchy and red and raised? That I cannot tolerate. Also when they bite my fingers, like seriously could you possibly pick a worse place to bite.

I have to say I don't hate mosquitoes. Yes they're annoying and stuff, but then I watch spiders catching them in their webs or young sparrows learning how to catch flying insects on mosquitoes and... Just feel like everything living has a purpose. Even those and i mind a lot less when they annoy me.

Ok… I’m allergic to ants but not mosquitoes so when I get bitten by an ant it swells up to the size of a mosquito bite but it will be much much MUCH itchier.
There are teeny-tiny almost clear red ants in Thailand that have a fierce bite that swells up to the size of a miniature mountain. Also, they’re drawn to water, and I found out about them when I had put my towel on a hook that was right next to their invisible trail, and moments after I wrapped it around me, I had a dozen or so bites all over my torso. It was a friggin nightmare!

Or it is used to describe a physical sensation: The injury to my arm feels painful, this feels hot to touch. "Think" gives an opinion about something or a situation. Or thoughts that are going through your brain. A thought process. The sentence is not "Im very angry because I FEEL this is wrong" it's rather "I FEEL very angry about this because I THINK it is wrong". It seems we are unable to get over the whole 🎼🎶feelings🎵 movement (thank you Oprah) and simply say what we THINK. At least that's what I think about it.
