At my office it is the temperature. Sections are always freezing and when we ask if they can just bump the heat up a bit they give us a whole song and dance about how the system just isn't built right and there isn't much they can do about it.

I have a co worker who does this I manage a small team and there is this one girl who thinks things should be done her way instead of the company's way especially the filing . she will argure her point with me until i am blue in the face I have been here for three years . she has been here for 6 months.

I have been in too many jobs where I absolutely HAVE to be highly professional, tightly regulate my emotions, and choose my words carefully, but my boss can be an out of control, unreasonable, immature a*****e with impunity, regardless of whether there are any customers around or not. Glad my husband and I own our own business now. We get to be the kind of fair, ethical, and considerate bosses we always wished we had in the past.

I don't have this problem because my work refuses to give me a fulltime job. So I have to juggle two part-time jobs (once I find a job that I can plan around my weekly changing schedule now) which is fiscally also more punishing and therefore financially not a good idea.
