New Tattoo
Studied Chinese for many years. The first two are definitely Japanese kanji for "idiot". "外人" means foreigner in Japanese/Chinese
No, "馬鹿" does stand for "idiot", but it is definitely not Japanese, but Chinese. If you don't trust me, I'm Hong Kongese and Chinese is my first language ."外人" does mean foreigner in Japanese and Chinese tho.

Yep. BAKA = the characters for Horse and Deer. In other words a totally useless stupid animal that is a cross between a horse and a dear. GAIJIN - characters which represent the character for external/outside, and the character for PERSON. Thus, a totally stupid/useless/misbegotten cross between a horse and deer which has no functional reason for existing and the word for outsider. Charming!!!!!
This is in japanese kanji. Which really says "idiot foreigner", read as "baka gaijin"

Why would you get a tattoo in a another language and not be 100% sure (from multiple sources) that you have the correct translation??

馬 means horse, 鹿 means deer, 外人 means outsider. when put together "馬鹿外人" has no actual meaning.

Those that got tattoo'ed and the tattoo'ers are idiots. Both parties should have done extensive research on spellings as well as meanings before having it done. The markings are permanent. The botch-ups amount to defacement of something very beautiful - The Human Body.
