LMAO I feel for whoever put these up. I have a doorbell. On the door I have a large sign saying please use doorbell and an arrow. People knock on the door. Right next to the sign! The house across the driveway from me made arrows out of blue tape pointing to their doorbell, so clearly people around here have an aversion to the damn things.

You know some poor secretary just lost her mind one day and put up all those signs. And people probably still ask her to open the door.

We have these at work (well not quite as blatant) because apparently opening the door using the emergency bar will eventually break it or suchlike. Every now and again there's a campaign of posters to tell people to stop using the emergency bar but PUSH THE DAMN BUTTON to unlock the door. People still ignore it though
