Stray Cat Walks Into Live News Broadcast, Presenter’s Reaction Is Perfect
A stray cat that seemingly came out of nowhere interrupted the live broadcast of the Turkish television program “Good Morning Denizli” earlier this week. What happened in the moments that followed and how TV presenter Kudret Çelebioğlu handled it was absolutely perfect…
When he saw the cat, at first Çelebioğlu was surprised, but managed to immediately shift his attention to the unexpected four-legged visitor. And not only that – he turned the whole scene into an opportunity to encourage others to be kind to stray cats and take care of them. Basically, he took the definition of ‘professional’ to the next level.
“As you know, winter is coming and cold weather is passing through,” he said. “It’s an unexpected guest, [but] we should cuddle him. We should open the doors to stray cats and give them water and food […] We all should take care of them somehow.”
After his speech, Çelebioğlu and his colleagues did just that – they gave the kittie a good meal, cuddled it and made a warm bed for the stray. They say kindness is infectious, so one of the studio workers got so inspired, she decided to adopt the cat. Now the tv-famous kitten is named Hüsnü, which means ‘beauty’, and loves the new home!

The cat (he says our cat but actually a stray cat) is our unexpected guest. We should care and love them, we should open the doors and give them food and water. That cat waa no way in hell feral. He walked up to him and sat on his laptop no way in hell would a feral cat do that.
Not feral, but quite young, and likely sent out of his mother's territory by older aggressive male cats. And yes cats do this with computers. Partly because the human's attention was at the computer, and domestic cats go to be there. ..................oh and please sterilize your cats.
