The one with colorful umbrellas is from Jin-Hae, in South Korea. My hometown! They have annual Cherry Blossoms Festival held in 1st-10th April. If you visit, you will have magical experience....also expect a huge crowd as predicted. I highly recommend Yeojacheon (the pic) area and Anmin Hill to Kyungwha train station walk(prepare comfy shoes for trekking-the best route for blossoms and panoramic views) http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/enu/ATR/SI_EN_3_6.jsp?cid=1630721 Images: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=jinhae+cherry+blossom+festival+2016&client=ms-android-samsung&prmd=isnv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi98fuF9NfLAhWCLpQKHZfmAIwQ_AUIBygB&biw=360&bih=559
