Lets be absolutely clear: people are injecting their politics into their religion and using religious privileges to discriminate. They're weaponizing their churches! Also, it doesn't help that the "followers" of any particular religion don't know what their church's theology says. If you drill down on whether most people have read their holy books (which they claim are directly given words of the creator of the universe) they'll likely tell you "some of it".

Some things I feel I need to be respectfully disagreed with in this post: Your alcohol serving is not a sin, only drinking to the point you are drunk is. Premarital sex while sinful can be forgiven if forgiveness and repentance of the sin is truly sought out. The LGBQT wedding however implies no such action will be taken on the part of the sinners. Think of an act you find immoral, now pretend you know somebody who does it, you still love them right? Does that mean you support the act? No? This post implies then that you are a "phobic" of that act. As Christians that is how we are to be, loving to the sinner, but not supportive of the sin.
If making a wedding cake for an LGBTQ wedding means you participate in the wedding, doesn't making/selling a gun make you participate in the murder? Participating in a wedding sounds a million times nicer than participating in a murder...
You may not be participating in the wedding, but making the cake could be treated as an act of support, which as Christians we are not to do I would also like to point out the bakery you are more than likely referring to refuses to do cooking for not just weddings, but ANY LGBTQ events, most organizations understand this, respect this, and find another bakery, the only reason the bakery came under fire was the wording the couple used when they decided they needed to raise a stink.

I was raised extremely religious, yet not once was it ever even so much as intimated to me by the adults I knew that homosexuals were lesser or their sexuality was wrong and God hated them. People who spew that bs are cowardly liars interpreting things the way their fear leads them to.

I totally argee with this. And the bible verses most christians use to condem gays i am pretty sure is talking about pedophilia. I said this at a church not in those exact words but basically if you have had sex before marriage you can not condem gays because you broke the rules too. They were not receptive
No, those things are not the same thing. Homosexuality is inherently a sin. However, in the situation where a straight couple was having premarital sex, if they're getting married, then at least they're getting married and premarital sex won't be a thing for them anymore. One of the benefits of them marrying is that they won't be sinning anymore, at least not in the way of premarital sex. Also, having alcohol at a wedding is not the same either, since drinking is not inherently sinful. Drunkenness is, but not just having a drink. Yes, some Christians claim that alcohol is inherently sinful, but that is not what Scripture teaches. In fact, Yeshua (Jesus) turned water into wine at a wedding. So no, the other situations mentioned are not the same as not going to an LGBTQ wedding.
