After They Brought Her Home From A Shelter, This Cat Can’t Stop Smiling
When tiny Rey approached her future human mom squeaking, that was it. Her owner-to-be instantly felt that this shelter kitty was meant to join her family. Rey must have felt it too, she hasn’t stopped smiling since she found home!
“I wasn’t looking for a kitten by any means (we already have two!) but just had a hunch to stop by the shelter on my way home from work and found this little lady and was immediately smitten with her!” said Rey’s human mom.
“So I brought her home and it’s been perfect ever since. She’s so so cuddly and playful and her big brother and sister just dote on her and are constantly trying to groom her and play with her.”

I think it's time for me to check out the SPCA for a little critter of my own. Mine are all in kitty heaven now...Rey inspires me again.
Omg Rey reminds me of my fluffy baby <3 Also a shelter cat, but she was already around 6 years old. 2016-05-11...98b45f.jpg
What a beautiful face! She's a lucky girl, and so is her new family. I wish all shelter stories had such happy endings. My husband and I have a favorite, standing family joke-saying -- "Let's just go SEE the kittens, Hon!" At present, we only have four, but have had as many as seven -- all indoor cats. We think that this new house is only big enough for four, so we don't look at kittens. BUT I've been hoping to get a dog. It would also be an indoor pet -- walks and dog park would be the limit to being outside. We HAVE a large yard, but I hate dogs being "put outside," as several of my neighbors' dogs are. Congratulations to little Rey -- I would love to see pictures of her as she grows up. She's going to be magnificent.
Adorable! But then I'm partial to orange cats. A great save mom, and thank you! The orange (and white. He looks like he is wearing socks, mittens and a sweater) one year old I adopted recently from the shelter I volunteer for also loves to be on his back. You have me beat with the smiling. Animals can sense, thus her smiling. She's home now! She's happy!! Bless you!!!
She is indeed a beautiful smiling kitty. Her color is my favorite for a cat! Hope y'all have a long happy life together.
