I bought one of these about four years ago and it saved my back pre-surgery. You can also turn it around to accommodate tailbone issues (which was one of my problems) as well as using it as shown. The price is right about what I paid four years ago, so that's a plus, as well. Honestly loved mine.

Plastic bags have been forbidden in Europe for a long time, we all use reusable fabric bags now. They're big, they contain the equivalent of 3 plastic bags, making this plastic gadget even more irrelevant :)
