So long as they can pant and drink it's totally fine. Never use the cloth ones when walking them - they should only be used for things like vets. But if you have an aggressive dog, or a scavenger, or a small animal chaser, you're very used to walking your dog in a muzzle, lol. This type is fine for walking in.

Because making muzzles trendy is such a great idea . Muzzles should only be used for dogs that legitimately need them and have reason to be anything but functional. Putting one on a dog that doesn't legitimately need one puts the dog under unnecessary stress for the irresponsible owners enjoyment.

Seems to me that this encourages aggressive behavior in all other beings approached. What may usually be an uninterested pass by, may turn into an altercation because of this muzzle. I'd be wary where you walk your baby while wearing this.
If you were attacked, the poor dog can't even defend you because they ARE wearing a muzzle. Not a good idea.
