Russia is known for having long winters and a gas station owner in Russia was sick of the fact that cold weather was preventing him from seeing more girls in bikinis. The owner decided to do something about it by offering free gas to girls who fill up their tank in a bikini and many girls have been happy to show a little skin in exchange for some gas.
