This Uber Driver Gives Passengers A Menu Of 5 Ride Types They Can Choose From
What does it take for an Uber driver to get five stars from you? For some, it’s the right playlist for others it’s not talking too much or at all, well instead of guessing one driver came up with the best way to deliver his passengers with the best service – let them choose from a menu. Twitter user @LuisLovesGoats came across the ingenious driver and shared his experience with Twitter. From there the internet did its thing and it’s pretty obvious everyone agrees this man deserves 5 stars and a tip!

The outstanding service options included: Stand Up, The Silent Ride, The Therapy Ride, The Creepy Ride and The Rude Ride.

Lui was feeling down so he told Twitter he chose to go with the therapy ride and get some comfort from a sympathetic ear. This is not the first time an Uber driver has surprised their client with creativity, but the effort is always appreciated, so it’s no surprise the tweet went viral.

With only the drivers first name, George, Lui tried to get in touch with his former riding companion to tell him how much internet love he was receiving – but eventually, the news found its way to him through a friend.

The story even inspired George to create a Twitter account, which his new friend Lui shared with his followers.

George now has more than 4,000 Twitter followers and shared a clearer picture of his menus for all future passengers in the area

Later he added that the internet experience has been fun and humbling, writing: “I’m so happy that my menu is making so many people laugh. It is humbling and exciting to see this all over the Internet. Special thanks to @LuisLovesGoats for posting, @mccurly911 for letting me know this went viral, and @Uber for the awesome employment.”

Just like anybody else whose tweet blows-up George used the platform for an entreprenurship opportunity. The driver started a GoFundMe to get an automatic car, since the hills in Seattle are tough on his transmission.
People in the comments loved the menu idea and some even shared which ride they wished to try

Load More Replies...My last Uber, I would have paid extra for the silent ride, because I was having a bad day in a city I didn't know, but I was getting the reverse therapy ride whether I liked it or not! I would have loved having George instead!
Uber drivers are working hard for their money and are finding creative ways to get the 5 star ratings and good tips. I commend them for all of the effort each and every one of them does.
ahh.. not long ago my taxi driver got into an argument with his gf while I was in the car and seems like they broke up, he got really depressed, i didn't know what to say or if I should have gotten involved at all, as it would seem nosy for some people.... Then at the turn he pumped into a car, thank god nothing serious happened, but he pumped into a Tesla and it was his fault.... I felt so so bad for him... :< Maybe should have gotten involved, calm him a bit..
Can I get the creepy ride on the way to my destination & then the therapy ride for the trauma of the creepy ride after?
George is witty and handsome! 5 STARS, "Excellent Service," $2 tip. NOTE to those using UBER and LYFT: Please tip in CASH so it doesn't show up on income statements, otherwise you're really only tipping around 50% of what you designate on the app.
I can vouch for the Seattle Hills are murder on automatic and manual transmissions. When you're a teen and your only cars are stick..you learn real fast how to do the "clutch, brake, parking brake, release the regular brake, wait for the green light, car in gear, release the clutch until the tranny grabs and starts to pull the car forward, then release the parking brake"..all to avoid rolling into the a*****e behind you that decided that 3 inches from your bumper was a good place to stop....
Here are some suggestions: 1- The rap battle ride 2-The roast battle ride 3- The music jam ride... Any others? :)
The cab rides I take usually only have one item on the menu- the rude ride >_<
I end up chit chatting, and there are so many great people out there, once you get them talking. My favorites, though, are the guys from the repair shop at the dealership who drive me home and then pick me up. Some interesting lives they've led.
