For some rich people, a shower isn't just a shower. No. It's also a work of art. After all, what's the point in cleaning yourself if you can't look good while you're doing it? Check out these awesome showers to see what we mean...but there's a difference. They've all been hilariously altered by an artist who goes by the name of Artxauroraxart. After all, if we can't afford to bathe in luxury then at least we can laugh about it!

I feel like I would be freezing anytime a body part wasn't directly under the water!
tbh I kinda like that idea, I can't stand in the shower, so I have lame board across the bath, but this, this is cool.
I'm going to be honest ... if this was my shower, my water bill would sky rocket because I'd be having my own little sing along disco party every day I showered.
we stayed in a hotel resort with a shower like this and i had to call a staff to get rid of a wandering snake.
Outdoor showers are actually pretty sweet. My parents have one at their house, at the beach, and use it year round. Even when temps are in the 30's F.
My family rents beach houses pretty often, I always call the outdoor shower regardless of the time of year
Load More Replies...In japanese culture, this is just perfect! I don't think this is wrong, just different.
Please tell me there aren't treacherous spiders in Scotland. I want to go back again and live there this time. I'll never travel to Hawaii or Australia for that reason.
In South Africa, (and other popular tourist destinations in Africa) outside showers is a bonus at your accommodation. And even a lot of houses have them. We love showering outside. Ours are even more open than this.
it would be fine if you were out bush and no immediate neighbours..but not for suburban Melbourne...

This is cool, too! But you couldn't have it in florida, either. The snakes and lizards and bugs would overtake it.
You don't have to be rich to have this one ! We have one for the doggies ! ha ha ha ha, we made it ourselves and it looks better !
Well your caption is regarding the confusion of its own content? But I assume you meant the photo caption! So its an outdoor shower and the artist has added in a man showers whilst being harrased by bugs because, well its outdoors...? Hope that helps?
Load More Replies...Come to the Netherlands! The biggest open-air shower in the world! (just stand anywhere, any given time of the year)
Just this one seems odd to me. Others are okay :) I'd bath with pleasure
A friend of mine has an outdoor shower, not rich either. Just likes it I guess.
Its one way of overspending.....still.if it floats your boat....where's the harm?? Still.why not have a normal unit and give to charity instead?
Giving to charity doesn't result in feeling fresh whilst still feeling close to nature!
Load More Replies...I don't like to bathe in my shower water, it's already gotten dirty or soapy. Also, that looks like a really shallow bath, is this even really for bathing or is it more of a spa?
No you aren't. Some people, like the artist, just aren't as clever as they think they are. I think there's a bit of the green-eyed monster showing itself in these doodles.
Load More Replies...I would take any one of them, thank you. I love large bathrooms/ showers!
I didn't like most of them (but there was one I loved!). Looking at the designs preferred by 'those-who-can-afford-it', I would recommend them to take baths and showers in the nature (for example: have your own artificial lagoon, waterfall, etc.). That would be awesome (at least to me).
Hehehe sooo true. Specially the steps one, what an idiot!
A couple of years ago, my femur was broken, and after having a 'nail' a9their word for a very long rod) I had to stay in a therapy hospital. It is very modern, with private rooms, flat screen TV etc. and the bathroom was ENORMOUS! I couldn't shower at first, because of the dressing, but when I did, it was one of the worst experiences of my life!!! There was so much air in there, I couldn't get warm, and shivered the whole time! Too much space = misery!
Those are some really nice showers that i wouldnt mind getting into to get clean... shoot.
Oh, I would like to be "ridiculously" rich like the owners of these showers and houses...
Clearly the artist missed, you know, the fact there are DOORS on #8, thus, no bugs! Duh.
I found most of them very good. maybe number 6 no so much because the stairs.
Sure you have the money to afford this... But why? Maybe put that money toward some goodwill so others can enjoy a good meal? A warm place to stay? People are so excessive.
Well we now know why there is a water shortage in California. Hollywood seems a little obsessed with taking just the right shower.
I wouldn't have any of these showers even if I had to cash to put one in. And as far as wasting water - you DO pay for the water, BUT it doesn't mean you should waste it. Water is a finite thing. Call me boring, but these are no-gos for me.
I just hope these people also donate to the poor since they have so much money
it's one of the least funny posts recently on bored panda for me. As for my own house, i have also spend relatively more on the shower then on other rooms as a little bit of extra moving space makes a world of difference in the morning. Most of the showers look more as store models or spa's. And the doodles are just lame. you can fall/gargle/feel exposed in any shower.
I am envious of all of these showers but at the same time am annoyed at myself for being envious. I mean, they must waste a helluva a lot of water, and the money could have been spent better on more meaningful and useful things, but still, yeah, I wouldn't say no . Or would I ...
Conspicuous consumption is gross. I wouldn't be caught dead in one of those, unless it were shared by a few dozen people.
