The North American Ducks Eatery specializes in smoked meats and found that the watermelon really feels sensational if cooked properly.

This smoked watermelon takes more than 4 days to get ready. They peel the fruit and leave it marinating in a liquid solution with ash, salt and seasonings for 4 days and then leave it to smoke for 8 hours. After, toast the watermelon and it looks really impressive.

The restaurant ensures that there is no meat involvement in any of the processes and that the dish is totally vegetarian. So, would you eat?
