Real estate agents are the keepers of the keys - many keys. They get to see unique homes of all shapes and sizes, from modest to mansion, along with some truly interesting architectural choices and design ideas. Just like with fashion, everyone has their own idea of what works or not, and there are bound to be some design fails along the way - and real estate agents get a front-row seat to the madness.

Agent Venessa Van Winkle wanted to share just how weird and random the interior design of some houses are, so she called on her fellow home sellers to share photos with her of the bad, the ugly, and the bizarre. Scroll down below to look at these unbelievable home designs, and don't forget to upvote your fave funny pictures!

This is an art piece done by Makoto Egashira. She uses floral carpet to make sculptures, her work is amazing. Please check out her art, support the artist instead of just believing the photo.

I would hazard a guess that you don't live in a room like this, you rent it by the hour.

I kinda like it all! Like when you see those well preserved homes from the 50’s and 60’s. It’s so bad it’s awesome! I want to sleep on that carpet in a yellow nightgown!

I showed this house in Snohomish to some clients!! They just sent me this list to laugh about it. We actually offered (low) on the home with the idea of including reno costs. Amazing view of the valley below and large lot. But yes, this was one of the most "amazing" bedrooms I'd shown. BTW, the mirror above the bed... it drops down a TV so you can chillax and catch up on 70's James Bond movies in style. -- Brad Howell, The Howell Group, Seattle Wa.

I... ... ... am not... sure... if... I mean, stay with me here. Say you replace the carpet on the tub-steps with tile and add in a small like... splash-gate barrier... I'm... not totally disliking this!

I think this room is exactly what I would imagine if someone said the two words mansion and Arkansas to me. But with more incest.

I don't know why but there's something about this plush tacky 90s hotel vibe that i really do love. Its like KFC mac n cheese. There's nothing good about it and when u open the container and see it you're actually grossed out but you HAVE TO HAVE IT BC ITS SO GOOD.

Though there are multiple disturbing features here, my pet peeve is that the toilet in the back got only a thin see through curtain for ‘privacy’, but the mirror on the ceiling is the next on the long creepy list. Yuk

This is so 70's hip, (except for the 80's carpeting and columns) it is painful. Platforms and pits were "where it's at" for a while . So were open plan bathrooms. We were lettin' it all hang out back then! I'm more frightened by the popcorn ceiling, which looks patchy even behind all the texture.
