Racist White Woman Harasses Black Women Outside Their Own Home, So Internet Makes Her Pay For It
Sadly, BBQ Becky seems to be a type rather than an individual. Recently, another white lady harassed a few black people for merely existing, and her outburst has caused a strong backlash online, resulting in very serious consequences.
Everything began late at night on October 19th in Charlotte, North Carolina. Chele Garris and her sister Erin Nichelle Garris were standing outside their own apartment complex waiting for AAA to arrive. While they were standing around, a very drunk middle-aged white woman decided to approach them. As she got more and more obnoxious, Chele decided to start recording the whole ordeal.
The woman bragged about her ‘$125,000-a-year job’, calling them ‘b***h’ and asking them ‘Is your baby daddy here’?’ The woman wouldn’t leave despite the sisters asking her to stop harassing them. As one of the victims dialled 911, the lady yelled: “Do I need to bring out my concealed weapon, too? This is North Carolina by the way.”
One of the black women’s god-daughters uploaded the footage online, and it immediately went viral. In just a couple of days, the white woman, who was identified as Susan Westwood, lost her job at Spectrum, got evicted, and now faces criminal charges.

As someone who lives in Charlotte, I have to say, I was really hoping that our community was above this. Some white homeless guy in a wheel chair got thrown out of my workplace for verbally and physically assaulting staff. Thrn he had thr nerve to come back and lie about he being assaulted by us, then an asian staff member came out and told him he was not welcome and he started throwing racist slurs at her. I was about to tell him thats it get out other people there started stepping in and telling him off for it, we ended up having to call the police to remove him because he wouldnt leave.
