On the contrary. Think of it as herd immunity: the population is protected from a disease (a fake narrative) after vaccination (a response) by stopping the germ responsible for the infection being transmitted between people (destroying that absurd fantasy with facts).
There's even a whole subreddit dedicated to this noble quest, /r/quityourbullshit. With over 1.3M members, it accumulated a large collection of screenshots and images of people calling out BS, delivering burns so big, they might just set your screen on fire.

Yep. Even with shot records less than 6 years old, I still had to get the full course PLUS the ones in case I was going overseas. Rather have the shots than Yellow Fever, in fact I wish there were more!
First day of basic training, we got so many shots in both arms, and still had to do PT. This guy is a good example of 'stolen valor '.

When I joined the Army (a hundred years ago!) I think we were 3 days in... anyway, they lined us up and we walked a gauntlet through medics with syringes!
When I was in the USN, all recruits received all required vaccines in bootcamp. Our was called a Series 13, you stood in line and received 12 vaccines and at the end was the ever popular lower half physical!
The army doctor probably told him they were steroids. He doesn't sound smart enough to know the difference

Unfortunately, the air injectors they used in the 1960s and wiped with alcohol prep pads between new recruits turned out to be a wonderful vector for transmitting all the various types of hepatitis. Today the US Veterans Administration is giving free treatments to 1000s of veterans who contracted Hep A,B, or C regardless of how they may have acquired it. (btw-those injectors are no longer in use)
