A picture is worth a thousand words... At least that's exactly how people feel when seeing illustrations by a mysterious Japanese artist Avogado6.

The illustrator and video editor don't share many personal details about his life. "I am an ordinary person who likes chemistry," he writes on his Twitter profile, but the meaningful drawings of the artist are far from ordinary.

Avogado6 manages to create sentimental, vivid images by drawing feelings and emotions that might seem hard to describe with words. And sometimes his sad drawings don't really need an explanation, as they convey the emotions so well, often hiding a harsh social issue behind them.

The artist has more than 650k followers on Twitter and has published two books. And his success is sure to grow bigger with time, as this Japanese art maestro delivers new deep meaning illustrations very often, deciphering problems with society and our inner fears better with each one.

Look at the shadow... it seems that his own chipped parts are casting that chipping shadow. Maby it meens that we are our greatest enemies. I know that I can be great... as long as I trust myself. On other hand, when I am insecure, I am dumb as hell 😉😎

This illustration is more poetic than much of the artwork that is out there today.

You feel like your drowning even though you not underwater, and you can't do anything about it.

Society make us feel like drawing but does not kill us. Explanation: The oxygen tank is is labeled SOCIETY, and ironically it pumps out water instead of oxygen. The kid is wearing a backpack which represent our RESPONSIBILITIES. The fact that the bowl is closed but has a little room for air represents how we feel asphyxiated by the pressure underwater but we are still given that little freedom. That small room for oxygen.

First thougth: reversed reality... Second one: Politics... So lets go with: 'misleading impression'

Staying in your own bubble because you’re afraid that the outside world (represented by air in this picture) won’t sustain you.

Do you want to raise a goldfish or a child that knows what fresh air smells like?

What I find from this image is there is a girl who believes that society is suffocating her, that society itself is making her breathe water and not the air of freedom she needs. She will continue to be like until someone removes the pressure of society from her, the endless dark thoughts (the fish) and the glass headpiece (?) away from her so that she may breathe again.

Society sees you as a fish and will observe every move you make and judge you, as if you're just one of the many fishes from society's aquarium

Sometimes the need for artificial stimulation and gratification - in the form of 'likes' - from Facebook & Instagram is what is needed to survive.

This says to me "So many things that want to plug into you. To use your energy and lifeforce, and drain you." Perhaps referring also to the electronics and devices that seem to consume our lives, in this illustration, quite literally.

I may be looking way too deep into these but heres what i thought: The flower could be repesenting love and the picking of the petals could be playing on that whole "he loves me, he loves me not" rhyme sooo it could be representing a broken heart and the more times the person's heart was broken the more desensitised the person became, leading on to become a doll which is made of plastic and emotionless...?
