Bipolar is horrible to live with. My cousin has the less severe one and even that can be debilitating at times. I found this post super insightful. It's not embarrassing it's informative, most people still don't understand bipolar disorder and we need posts such as this to better understand it, so that we can help those around us get the help they need and live productive lives.
