An air of mystery surrounds this mountainous Armenia. People with deep connection to their soil dwell in these beautiful lands.
The kind of beauty that I associate with Armenia is untamed, raw. I only spent a week there and I fell in love with the country and its people. As I mentioned, what struck me the most, is the connection between the people and their soil. It is an unspoken patriotism that translates in never dying, simple appreciation for their mountains.
I hope that these black and white images capture what I experienced in this wonderful land and I only hope it will motivate some of you to travel towards this part of the world.
