First, it has to be bleached and then the hair is carefully dyed with bright neon colors making it look a glowing lava lamp! Now is this awesome or what?! As Guy Tang would say, ‘YAAAAAAS’!

Doesn't look like glow in the dark. There is definitely a black light. Unless faces and eyes are also now glow-in-the-dark.
