We all have weird quirks that are fairly uncommon, to say the least. For the fear of being judged we keep these weird things to ourselves, however, that doesn't stop us from being curious about what others have to hide. So, to indulge in this secret knowledge, Twitter user @drakesbrother started a thread asking people to share their bad habits, weird confessions, and interesting things they do. The thread was quickly flooded with the strangest habits. Some confessed to measuring how long something will take in songs, others said that each time they get in their car, they make sure no one is sitting in the back seat. While some of these weird things to do sound a little bit odd, let's not pretend that you don't relate. Scroll below for the list of confessions from regularly weird people and don't forget to share your own odd or bad habits in the comments. (Facebook cover image: Nathan Rice)

This is incredibly common. Everyone does this, actually. Intrusive thoughts. I tend to think “how much can I key this car”.
My girlfriend does this a lot. I end up answering her and she just replies "nobody is talking to you, talking to myself. mind your own business." LOL
I have to stop the microwave 1 second before it stops so it wont do the annoying beeps at the end
this is like driving with loud music, but then turning the volume down to look for parking or for an address.
When I was 4 in Florida we had no A/C in our house. I had 6 spots on my pillow that I could move my head around on until I had to flip it & have 6 more.
I do have things to hide, and my reaction is the same... I mean... dude, that's my phone, it's sacred
That's pretty high stakes for just trying to hit the trash can with some garbage. Go big I guess.
I used to do that, now I've learned to be more discreet (unless I'm in nature, then you can let go)
Does anyone else feel guilty or like a criminal when walking out of a store without buying anything? :)
I do every time. And when I pass a cop. Even if I’m completely innocent!
Same, I walked in a train station with cops and drug dogs everywhere and I was freaking out even though I was 100% innocent of any wrongdoing.
They brought drug dogs into my school and I nearly had a heart attack.
Been there, done that. But...where did that option on BP go to add entries to the list? It is fine to have them pre-populated with social media stuff but it used to be much more fun when it was possible to add stuff. Like your shopping experience.
That's a great idea.
Yeah same as coming through airports, i know i haven't got anything illegal but tell that to me who has completely forgotten how to walk normally.
I am not alone :-)!
I tend to be a scatterbrain... sometimes when I'm shopping, i worry that i'll see something interesting and accidentally put what I'm already holding i n my pocket to check out the new something. Terrified i'll get busted for accidentally shoplifting. 😱
Me, one time my daughter had to go to the bathroom at the park so we ran to a starbucks right across that park's street and we both just walked in there quickly ran to the restrume area and I felt 100% guilty about that. But, a parent has to do what a parent has to do.
I always say goodbye if there's an employee near the front. I guess I figure if I don't look sneaky, I won't get stopped for stealing something (which I never do).
Always. Every single time walking out of store without buying anything. I also feel I must keep my hand where they are clearly visible to store people that way they know I am not shoplifting.
I sometimes get really scared that the store alarm will go off as I leave a store. Knowing I haven´t stolen anything I still fear that alarm.
Me too, I get nervous that something may have somehow fallen into my bag.
Only if it's a food store. I dunno, people don't go eye-shopping for food.... Neither do I. But sometimes the shop just doesn't have what you need.

Yeah!!!!
No, only when I walk out of a store without paying for anything.
when I bang something with another object I will almost always say “Ow” even though it didn’t touch or hurt me.
I will apologise as well. ♥
So nice :)
OMG same! Like I hit my violin case against something, I will say ow for my case. Then immediately say but that didn't hurt me. Usually out loud.
I apologize! to the object!
If something almost hits me or is about to, I say ow whether it hits me or not. And if it’s about to hit me, I say ow WAY before it hits me😂
Haha, that is really cute.

I had to think about your comment for a second to get the real meaning. At first I thought you meant, well...you where I'm going with this ;-)
I sometime ask my husband a question about a conversation I have been having in my head. He looks at me weird and I realize he did not hear the first part. I apologize and then fill him in so he can answer the question.
You are not alone, my boyfriend does that. We got used to it... "Have I been talking to you in my head again?"
People think I'm very non sequitur but it makes sense if you knew my train of thought before hand.
