Actually, most antivaxxers are about all vaccines. Many still believe that they cause Autism. There have been many documented cases of "breakthrough" infections in covid vaccinated people, some still die from it. And they can still infect other people because the shot makes them have less symptoms so they don't always know they're contagious. It's a novel vaccine so it is impossible to know the long term effects. Google THALIDOMIDE if you still don't know what I mean. (I'm not saying it's a bad vaccine, just why it's not trusted.)
