I drive a low slung roadster and get blinded by the cars behind me if they get too close as both side mirrors and the rear view mirror direct the headlights towards me - I can dip the rear view mirror, but the not so easy with the side mirrors. The worst are SUVs as their headlights are higher - I think it needs a change in the law to make the beam range a set distance from the car rather than 2% down angle.
