Barber Tells This ‘Shy’ Insurance Man To Grow A Beard, And It Ends Up Transforming His Life
3.1Mviews
If our list of men before-and-after growing a beard growing a beard didn’t convince you that males look way better with facial hair, this story definitely will. Gwilym Pugh was a 21-year-old businessman man who started a successful insurance company in his spare bedroom. However, working from home and injuries made him gain a lot of weight. 280 pounds, to be exact. However, his life-damaging lifestyle changed after his barber urged Gwilym to grow a ginger beard!
“At that time I was pretty overweight, working 12 hours a day, plagued with injuries which meant I couldn’t train at all,” the Welshman told Kathryn Williams from Wales Online. “The business was doing okay, but I decided I need to get my life in order and wanted to get healthy again.”
Gwilym and his friends formed a folk band several years ago. His barber told him to grow a beard to look the part. In line with his new look, the freshly-baked musician decided to expand his transformation cleaning up his diet. The biggest change, however, was quitting his desk job.
“It was the best thing for my health as I stopped sitting for nine to 10 hours a day,” the man who lost 90 pounds over five years explained. As he was shedding weight and growing his beard, Gwilym created an Instagram account. Eventually, Welsh tailor Nathan Palmer stumbled across the now beard model’s picture, and things began escalating really fast.
Now, Gwilym is part of the London agency AMCK Models. He has worked on campaigns with Vans, Bud Light, Diesel, and other big names. His hard work even allowed him to become an ambassador for David Beckham’s new male grooming brand, House 99!
Scroll through pictures of Gwilym Pugh’s weight loss transformation, and you might find the much-needed inspiration to change your life for better, too!

He looks ten times better but it's not just because of the beard. He lost weight, ditched the geek glasses, sculpted his body, dyed his hair redder and started wearing colored contacts in a more intense shade of blue. All of that, together, makes him look better.
And he never smiles.... Gotta have that broody look going.....
so funny - and you hit the nail on the head - definitely brooding persona.
I think he looked very attractive even in his heavier pictures without his glasses. They took the worst picture ever taken of him in the first shot. His weight loss is great for his health but attractiveness is in your confidence, he was handsome before too
Male models rarely smile...just the way it is in modeling
TThe eye color is probably a contrast between what we see in flash versus what price fessionals do in taking the photo and ps’ing the photo.
No no no. You're getting it all wrong. Haven't you read the boredpanda title? It say's "beard turns his life upside down" Not "Man changes his lifestyle for the better" Which would be more accurate. But hey we need clicks. So gotta make up fake news. It's all in the beard man! XD For me it was brushing my teeth for the first time. It got me a 500k house, a better job, got muscular, Suddenly I had a dog I didn't ask for.(Damm teeth) Woke up wearing a suit. It was amazing. You wouldn't believe it.
Good comment! Agreed.

Oh, look! The babyface has an opinion.
You don't get that shade of red with dye. Ever. People have tried, but it never works out that way.
Nah, his hair and eyes are the same color. It's the eyebrows, he dyed them.
Yeah, the eyebrows are definitely touched up in some manner, either make up, dye or Photoshop. I think very few gingers would have dark eyebrows like that.
Not true. There are lots of very fair people with dark eyebrows.
Actually aunty messy he has definitely tinted his eyes brows since becoming a model, it's clear as day, look at the before and after. Also there are red toners for people with red hair to accentuate the redness in your hair. Like you would use a purple toner for blondes

potato potato potato
I love my geek glasses :-)
Plus grew some eyebrows somehow or other.
I think that his hair is probably naturally that colour, but I'm absolutely sure that he colors his eyebrows. I am a natural redhead, with very blue eyes, as well, and I have the same lack of eyebrows as he has in the "before" picture.
Obviously, as with female models, male models are "styled" before photo shoots, so none of these pictures show him as he is when he wakes up in the morning. Still and all, though, he's made a wonderful transformation of himself, and he deserves all the luck in the world.
His has brows now to which made a huge difference!
Also makeup.
But the beard is pretty hot, too.
He may have had some surgery on his nose, too. Look at the only decent side by side pic, his nostrils are clearly much narrower in his post makeover, I'm unsure that weight loss alone can achieve that. And actually in that 'before' photo he is still very good looking anyway.
I don't think so. Losing nearly 100lbs makes an incredible difference in your face.
doubt he dyed his hair redder. prob just the saturation upped on the pro model photos. but the weight thing def was the biggest.
What is wrong with glasses #love my glasses
Though I do agree with all other points
and he suddenly has eyebrows, so dies those too ;) But hey, the end effect is awesome so maybe it's worth all the trouble :)
dyes? Where are you Grammarly when I need you?!
Exactly!
Good point, although I don't think he's wearing contacts, nor has he dyed his hair redder. I think the pictures are slightly photoshopped. After all, they photoshop female models all the time, so I imagine they have upped contrast and intensity in a lot of those, which makes things look darker and fools the eye into thinking things look 'better' too.
had work done on the tip of the nose...much more angled now
No dyeing there --- you're either born with that color or you're just out of luck. Don't agree with the contacts, either. Not much experience with Celtic people, eh?
Yes you are correct, I am pretty sure the difference in colors between the old and new pics is professional editing, which often ups contrast, brightness, etc, which makes some colors look more intense. I don't think he's wearing contacts and has dyed his hair.
Why has my comment shown up four times? Jeez. I didn't do it! (but I don't think his eyebrows are dyed, either, in fact.)
He is hot, but I believe his glasses will make him even hotter ;). Btw, his humble personality,at least for me IS SEXY
you're right what a difference huh?!
OMG that's amazing. His beard even made him muscles and dress better. If I didn't know better it'd say him altering his entire lifestyle would be the cause of that and not A beard. Dressing better, working out, not smiling anymore in any pictures. Eating better probably as well. He even got a personal photographer that brings him to a lot more interesting places to take photos of him. That's some beard. Makes it also seem alot easier if you just have to get a beard to get all that. This is an eye opener Boredpanda.
That's one magical beard!!!
The power is YOURS!
Monika, I may have been born at night, but not last night. You begin things by stating that he was a shy, but successful, insurance businessman. That's an oxymoron. I have Never, ever seen an insurance salesman, who was shy. They don't exist. Granted he made a life-changing decision, but the beard was the result of, not the cause of this.
Not really! I am very very shy, and working from home, you can talk over the phone or type, and you do not have to meet the people! That's why its bad! One gets into a room and not socialise at all.
I am shy. I can talk one-on-one or to a hundred (which is the same as one, really) but 2-99 I become wallpaper.
I am very shy and used to work a sales job with people. I had a kind of alter ego that I used for work. It was like playing a role. At work, with my customers, I seemed very extroverted. In reality, I am quite shy. I can still force extroversion when I need to though.
Perhaps he's an "introverted extrovert". Laugh if you want, but that's the best way to explain some people's personalities.
Being shy doesn't necessarily mean you have a hard time interacting with costumers. Short of being shy, I have social anxiety, but I can work with people just fine. Work is work, personal is personal. When it's for work, I'm focused on the job, it doesn't matter what people will think of me, only of my work.

so he was actually body shy, not shy. which isn't strange, he was ugly as fuck. the beard his the ugly.
Your ugly in a judgmental kind of way adrijana.
I know someone who grew a beard to improve their self-image. It didn't work for her.
Lol
Hahaha
I am on the same path. Quit the job I was unhappy with, began to eat healthy, and working out. I am at the very beginning, but I know I am going to make it. I am overweight and although not plagued by health problems so far, but you can't abuse your body a lifetime long. I will be healthy, losing weight, and I will look better because I will be happy. But I definitely am not growing a beard....
Hooray for you! Do we get to see pics??? Hmmm?
When the progress finishes, yes, eventually!!!!
It's what's inside that counts.........oh, wait, no it isn't, it's all about his outside looks. Carry on.
As a shy and self conscious woman one the few things i envy about men is the ability and choice to just - grow a beard to hide behind. OK - as a woman i woudnt actually WANT to sprout long and luxousious facial hair - but still!!
It's pretty much how makeup works for women, you know ...
a man can change his face - hide bad skin - become another person -- just saying

How is a beard something to hide behind?

well to be fair, most bitches hide behind a 2" facade of make up, so you still got options. but in reality - once you're strong enough to accept it - we all fuck not what we like, but what we can get. so just approach ugly dicks that will fuck you as ugly as you are, because they have no choice. slife, we all live it.
Golly gosh you are a bitter sounding individual. Poor you adrijana, I feel sorry for you that you wake up everyday as bitter and judgmental as you are. Poor, poor adrijana =(

stfu no one cares
?
He IS beautiful! This does NOT mean however, that ALL men look better with facial hair!
He's like a sexy groomed Viking lumberjack yoga instructor.
Um I think it STARTED with the beard people and it went from there. The beard didn't do it ALL. Why are the comments so judgmental and kind of stupid really. Can't you just be happy for this hunk of gorgeous man. I don't get it. Okay, so he dyed his hair and wore color contacts. So what. Title is just wrong making it all about the beard, which is silly, but we can still appreciate the transformation. SMH

So sick of people writing SMH. Just stop it will you
what does SMH mean? you know what I hate? when someone says something and then says.. Just Sayin'... like we already KNOW you said it.. you don't have to tell us you said it, we already KNOW!!!
"If this doesn't convince you to grow a beard, we don't know what will." Yeah... sureee. I'm sure the 4 billion girls in the world now want to grow a beard.
and a nose job?
So? I had mine fixed too. I always find it hilarious when people get snotty about plastic surgery. If it bothered him, why not get it fixed? I hated mine starting when I was a small child. As soon as I had the money, I took care of it.
But aunt messy, he didn't need a nose job. He looked fine before
280 lbs = 127 kilos for the rest of the world...
Thanks!
I think this is the stupidest way to talk about a person changing their look that Bored Panda has ever done. Beards aren't magic. FFS.
Oh yes, some guys when in their thirties, decide to sport a beard and it is just magical!!! But this guy redid his whole persona, not just the beard.
And you know this, how? #magicbeard lol
Has anyone got a winch lying around? I need it to pick my jaw up off the floor...
You don't need a winch. You need a beard. Isn't that clear by now? rofl Beards for everyone!
Red beards for everyone!
I have a huge problem..I am a woman, thus can't grow a beard, magical or not.....what do I do?? :))))))
Take a deep breath and admire the magical beauty known as The Rare Ginger.
Makeup!
Whoah...as a ginger fan, my heart is doing palpitations... no, make that somersaults!! Wowza!!! Mhmmm-hmmm!
And he loves cats :)
Idk, hair besides head hair is kind of itchy or whatever, it kind of bothers me to have it. :p
So they turned him into a hipster?!?
Um. Eyebrows change everything.
What makes the story even better is that he looks and is happy.
Dang so motivational, makes me want to grow a beard and I'm a teenage girl
I decided that I will also get a beard! The Changing Life Magical Red Beard! And that's no important that I'm a girl.
Come on now! Not just about the beard, the had the basic good structure to begin with, he lost that weight, trained, got himself in shape plus he is PHOTOGENIC.... but you have to have had the basics... if not, it would not have worked at all.
If I grow a beard will I grow abs too
Gotta have #magicbeard tho lol
Naturally!
Whenever we find meaning and purpose, joy follows and our lives improve. He found meaning and purpose and now he is a beautiful man, inside and out!
The only negative things, to me, are all of his body tats. As a rule, I don't think tattoos look good on people. That's just a personal preference: I like to see skin, not ink.
I'm not for or against tattoos but a cautionary note. I know from personal experience that as you age they start looking like shit. Take it for what it's worth, I didn't care at the time either.
No, they really don't if you take care of them, don't get fat, and get them touched up from time to time. ... I laugh in the face of anyone who says something like, "What are they going to say in the nursing home?", as if the rest of the nursing home isn't going to have ink as well.
True dat.
THANK YOU. Although I must admit that it looks like excellent work. At least it's all black and he can cover it up with clothes. I know it's "the thing" now, but it makes me laugh to think how much OUR parents griped about our HAIR being long in the sixties -- men AND women. It was ridiculous. No tats, no piercing, no scarification, no whatever-they-call-those huge holes in earlobes...just long hair. No ritual self-mutilation, which is how this stuff looks to me.
I’m with you on this one maggiemoonbeam!! Too too much nowadays!!
Well, I have cultural piercings that both of my parents were okay with, so not all piercings are bad

Agreed. You did all that work to get a hot bod, then disfigure it with graffiti. Dumb. Adam Levine is another example. He was so hot without the gross tats.
Oh don't be such a close minded square Linda. Things have changed and people like that express themselves throw the canvas that is their body. Let people express their characters how they want.
From geek to unssufferable hipster asshole. How original.
So, grow a beard and it makes you buff. Damn, that's me doomed forever then, might as well go back to the chocolate chip cookies and ice cream
Lol
Keeping it trimmed he looks awesome
Agreed. The ragged look doesn't do it for me.
Holy ginger-beard! He was cute before, now he is sexxayyy! Fabulous that gave him confidence!
two different guys - look at the eye brows!
He's had them dyed and shaped
Whether he has the beard or not, he still looks great.
Wow, good for him!
If only I was 40 years younger and 65 pounds lighter... But I still appreciate eye candy!
I really wasn't liking him much at all.. but then they showed the photo of him being nice to a cat and now I have no choice but to like him. I just hope he took the cat home and didn't leave it in the street.
The first thing I noticed were his eyes, not his beard
Avoid glasses, loose weight, change dresses, voilà.
Woohoo!
WOW!I would like to meet that barber!Congrats!Great change, this young man is amazing, good for him!So hansome!!
Well I too would like to grow a beard........BUT I CAN'T >:( Damn female hormones. He looks so handsome, that's nuts! Beard all da wayy
Total hottie now!
I'm partial to beards AND gingers, so - YUM!
He's my buddy! Go Gwil!
Your claim to fame huh
And what's yours, pissant? Making nasty comments to people you don't know?
No my claim to fame is that I’m a semi-famous artist. He’s just my mate. But pumped for him!
I must admit it: I don't like redhaireds but this one, OH ME!
I think, his growing a beard, was the impetus to make changes! He noticed that he didn’t like how he looked, so he lost weight, he worked out, he kept a picture journal of it all, he joined a band for fun, and stopped sitting for hours a day! So the beard, WAS , the first small change, that began his new way of living! Not the other way around!
I think, he is absolutely amazing! What a small change can do, to change your entire life! Like faith and the mustard seed! All it takes, is one small change and faith, that you can do it! And in his case, a superb bit of luck and happenstance! It’s never too late to make changes in your life, to make it better, big or small, have faith it can be done! Wow! I’m very impressed!
Brilliant well done !
DAAAY...UMMM! I'm a sucker for a beard and red hair. Put them together and yahoo!
WOW!!!!!
The beard and the long hair caught my attention, him gently playing with a cat in a park sealed the deal. I'm buying.
He looks HOT!
Yes, just the beard. Weight loss, muscles, being good looking (he already was, actually), wearing fashionable clothes doesn't mean anything. It's just the beard. And this is why I'm going to shave, because now I know my beard doesn't work properly, and it's no longer worth to keep it on my face. ;)
Dude looks awesome af tho, nice!
Oh, thanks Bored Panda. Rub it in that I can't grow a proper beard and look fabulous af :') My days of modeling won't even start :')
New look is great but he lost his smile........need to smile Gwilym. Otherwise you just look like any other man. Your smile makes your eyes twinkle and makes you likeable. Otherwise you look like you just want to plunder and pillage. Think about it! Signed: Carol Blackburn
adding a beard, being bald and overweight makes a person look prematurely old
It isn't the beard.. At the main picture you notice a better hair, better skin color, better look in the eyes, & in the rest of the pictures, you notice a better body & style.. This man found his mojo, it's not the beard that made the difference, but his new attitude to life, he might even look better with a clean shave.
WOW! What an amazing transformation!
Wowza...
This makes my heart smile :)
As a straight guy... I am going to say dam ... hawt.... my jaw dropped on the transformation!
yeah, this definitely worked for him. Don't even look like the same guy... I love facial hair.
Holy cow...what an amazing transformation! Gorgeous!
He's the same person just more aware. You can change the outside but the inside is what counts. Girls you should stop looking for bad boys and go for the nice guy. I did and he never let me down, my love and best friend.
I conclude that this is inspiring. Not because he is hot now but because he took control of his life with one simple suggestion. It teaches me that when you feel good about yourself, do not limit yourself to just that one experience, keep on finding the next challenge. He literally transformed from unhappy and office average to adventurer and bold.
LOOKS 100% BETTER WITH A BEARD. SLIMED DOWN ALSO.
Heh heh, slime.
He was cute anyway, but dayum son, respect.
Well, he certainly looks hot now!!!
Wow!
Gorgeous ginger barbarian! Love it!
Um I think it STARTED with the beard people. I doubt they are saying the BEARD created all this. Why does everyone want to negate everything. Jealousy I guess. Be happy for him or stfu. Just sayin. SMH
Okay I'm sold. If growing a beard will help me lose weight and get a modeling contract then I'm in. Now, tell me how to grow a beard. (Honestly, I'm not sure my husband will be too thrilled with it though.)
He will only be annoyed if it is better than his lol
He didn't just grow a beard, he took care of his health first, then grew the hair and beard.
If this is the same person, then I congratulate him on the incredible will and discipline he had to complete this total transformation. However, I have a suspicion that it is not him. The two side-by-side pics don't seem to square for me. The eyebrows, bridge of his nose and lower lip seem to be slightly more angular and slender. The picture where he is smiling as a model his cheeks look nice and round, then I think MAYBE...I don't know that beard theory just seems suspect.
I agree. Best thing i ever did was grow a beard. I shaved it off once and my ex said good God you look awful. Like an American car with all the chrome removed lol A-man-is-o...01ba9d.jpg
Holy crap I'm gonna grow a beard right now.
um wow. just wow
you just transformed from an 'ugly duckling' into a swan**
Nice!
They dont even look alike ...I don't believe it ... AT ALL
Beards are sexy....period
On the first pic of his change, the color of his beard is amazing. It's like it's on fire!
And never smile again... dork.
the beard was enough to become a great piece of man, then we would be full of ultra-fine. let's say that he had some basic potential, and that he worked on it a lot, plus his beard means that, telling him Italian as I am, now he is "un gran pezzo di figo".
Yes, but it almost all gets undone because of those ridiculous tatoos....too bad.
i would grow a beard if will make me get fit like that. won't be easy but gotta be easier than diet and exercise.
He is young, resourceful and dedicated to a goal. Goals everyone should strive for. And for those not young, try to be young in thought. The wonder and excitement of every brand new day. We all have one life, one body. Live it and love it.
Hi, its true that there are many religious obligations and myths that restricts men to grow beard. http://mybeardguy.com/
That is a remarkable transformation. I'm inspired and should probably grow a beard too. Problem is I'm a woman. But I'll give it my best shot!
He grew eyebrows too, it's not fair to give the beard all the credit.
As a fellow bearded ginger, you had me right up until the man-bun.
As a fellow bearded ginger, you had me right up to the man-bun.
Good for him though personally I think he would look better in his after picture WITHOUT the beard.
Yas! Another ginger success story. But I do wonder...where are all his souls, oops, I mean freckles!?!
You know what will make you shave a beard? Eating fried eggs. Try getting yolk out of your beard. Eating sucks with a beard so incredibly much. I don't get how dudes can have full crop dusters over a beard. I sport one each winter because it's cold out, but in the spring I go back to short scruff. Beards are better in the brochure.
With the hair long, he’d make a good Thor if Chris Hemsworth ever put up his cape.
urgg. another glorification of body. I liked him better before. Now he looks as if he spends all his time looking at himself in the mirrow: oh I am so handsome...superficiality again, nobody is going to take the time to look what's really inside.
I love beards! His looks best when its kept neatly trimmed and I love the long hair! He has such beautiful red hair! Amazing the transformation!
Did he grow his eyebrows as well? Am I the only one who doubts this is the same guy?
Nope!! Not convinced to grow a beard!! Facial hair on females not attractive.. don't fall for it ladies, facial hair on us will not give you the hot bod you've always wanted and a beard would so mess with those smoldering eyes and pouty duck lips.. hahaha.. facial hair on most guys.. definitely attractive. I know I love it on my guy!!
It's not the beard. The man already has a good-looking face to begin with. He just needed to lose weight and draw more focus to it. The fiery red hair and bright eyes also help to tie his whole look together. The beard definitely helps, but it's not the center of his attractiveness by any means.
Too bad I can't grow a full beard... Guess I will have to be ugly for the rest of my life.
I can't grow a full beard. I guess I will just kill myself instead....
lol just look at the earlobes
I am so proud of this man! From Geek to Chic in 5 yrs! Not only the looks but he is now in the best health of his life! Darn good thing he has a girlfriend who keeps him grounded or all this fuss and new found fame might make a bro go vain! *L* What a great life lesson for all of us. It's never to late to change your life. You just have to get up off your bum and DO IT!
He looks a lot happier before!
This motivates to do exercise and change my hair or do something diferent!!
so white, so male, so cis, so straight. yeah. such transformation, wow
BIG WOW!
I'm 35 and my beard is not growing, simple as that. That is a perk of having very light complexion :)
Beautiful!!! Life is beautiful.
he also grew eyebrows?
urghh dayum 😍 he looks older now but hot damn.
And he likes Cat....
Yes. It really inspired me to grow a beard! :P
How is this even the same person. Picture 1 and then the model pictures are so far removed from looking alike.
It won't convince me. It's not the beard - that was just a small first step, and if he hadn't taken another, he still would've been an overweight guy working in his spare bedroom, only with a beard (which probably wouldn't look so marvellous, since facial hair actually needs lots of care to look awesome). I admire the guy's transformation, but let's not give too much credit to the beard.
The beard is beautiful when it's trimmed, but that Grizzly Adams look has got to go
The beard looks beautiful when it's trimmed, but that Grizzly Adams look has got to go!
He actually looks content with himself now.
The pic with the cat haha
♥
Wow! <3
OMG!!!
Any other redheads find other redheads VERY unattractive? I look at this guy and I'm like "ew ew hard pass nope". It's like something in my DNA says "regressive genes! Do not reproduce!"
That's exactly how it works. You shouldn't be with a similar genes partner, that's why blondes go USUALLY for dark hairs or blue eyes for dark eyes, etc. Your DNA wants you to be as far away from similar genes as possible because mixing similar genes can lead to disabilities in children.
No way you can tell me he did not get plastic surgery...his nose is completely different...
anybody else wondering where the list is?
I don't see how it's possible he did not get plastic surgery, his nose is completely different...
In the first picture he barely has a few eyebrows but in the new picture there is a ton of eyebrows. how that happened. He implanted eyebrows?
"If this won’t convince you to grow a beard, we don’t know what will." I couldn't even if I wanted to. I'm a woman.
"If this won’t convince you to grow a beard, we don’t know what will." Problem is I couldn't even if I wanted to. I'm a woman.
He's very dishy but in some of the pics the beard is too long, I'll give him 7/10 !!!!!
Nose done too.
...and his eyebrows are noticeably darker too!
So the message of 'be comfortable with who you are' means less than 'if you are uncomfortable with who you are, modify your entire look and lifestyle until you become someone else'?
Until you became what you consider the best version of yourself.
Not so much the beard, but the weight loss, and the change in life outlook. The beard was just one part. But growing a beard doesn't magically transform you from zero to hero. If you don't believe me Google what Macaulay Culkin looked like with long hair and a beard.... uuughly
I think he looks happier in the before photos...
He looked happier when he was smiling. I imagine having to meet everyone else's expectations of a certain image must be stressful.
Yes, just the beard. Weight loss, muscles, being good looking (he already was, actually), wearing fashinable clothes doesn't mean anything. It's just the beard. And this is why I'm going to shave, because now I know my beard doesn't work properly, and it's no longer worth to keep it on my face.
Does no-one notice that in all the 'before' pictures he's badly lit by direct flash and wears a blatantly-stupid grin on his face and on all of the 'after' pictures he's professional lit and is channeling Zoolander's 'Blue Steel'? Of course losing weight, working out and avoiding bad lighting will enhance anyone's appearance but the beard is entirely optional and the least relevant factor in the image modification.
This article makes it look like you're better off with a beard and tattoos, when you really aren't. If he didn't get into modeling, his chances of getting a job looking like that would be 80% lower than before in most places around the world. Which, I think, absolutely sucks, but it's how modern society works nonetheless.
Question, how he grown his eyebrows?
being bald, overweight and sporting a beard make you look old prematurely
Great looking but why all the friggin ink?
Excellent nose job. Possibly 2 or them.
I have a beard and tash, My tash she calls a fog filter.
Uhhh...how did he lose weight in his NOSE? The bridge is not the same shape at all. Either not the same person, or he had rhinoplasty. Please specify. Totally okay with rhinoplasty; I've had one myself.
He stopped eating and stopped smiling. Coincidence?
I am going to have to call bullshit. Unless maybe he got a nose job...maybe had a brow tuck and facial bone structure adjustment. Unless we actually see a video of him showing us who he really is, this will have to be a bullshit story...
Funny he said he worked in finance for years, but it says he's 21. Odd. How long did this transformation take? Weight loss & beard growth you would think would have to take more than a year.
He’s healthy, happy, and fit. The beard really isn’t the difference here.
Nose?
DUDE HOW DO YOU EVEN DO THAT ON A SURFBOARD :O
potato potato potato
God the first picture really puts me off
the Edo Brugué photo is the best
Lost weight, gained muscles and hipsterized
And is making a fortune as a model.
I sent it to SNOPES to ask them to look into it.
I am a redhead but I have never been attracted to any redhead guy. THIS one I am attracted to.
but I can't grow a beard..... I'm a girl......
I have seen plenty of women with beards lol
The moral of the story is : get the "Jesus" look, grow a beard!!
Geez he's gorgeous. Makes me want to be a helpless damsel in need of being rescued. 😀

Are those grapes a little sour?
Personally, I'd rather just have a mustache... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b49ObOaEnA0
Oh wow. I wish I could grow a beard. But alas, I'm a woman :(
So he decided to get in shape after having grown a beard? I don't really get the logic here...
Well, he looks great. Except for the beard.
Makes me think of Opie from Sons of Anarchy
