People Are Having Trouble Understanding What’s Wrong With This Dog Picture
Sometimes, like in the case of The Black and Blue dress, an image takes the internet by storm because of one, tiny thing – that people don’t get it.
Optical Illusion Dog is a picture, shared by a Reddit user chadwalk, that gained its popularity because people found it difficult to understand. And really, can you tell what’s happening there?
From the first glance, the image looks weird and the dog in the center has an unusual shape… Until you turn the picture to the side. The puppy was simply turning his head when the image was taken. No weird magic there.

Damn, I thought the poor thing has a hole in the head and s**t. Phew.
I first thought it was one of those pics of abused, mutilated animals you every now and then see on facebook... Kind of recognized it as a dog, but couldn't quite figure out what's what.

Briefly looked weird then my brain figured it out. Probably like most people.
I see a dog lying down..what am I meant to see? Nothing wrong with it

Haha I'm proud that's actually guessed it first try. I just worked out where it's nose and eye and eat were. Still a funny, derpy doge tho
I just see a dog in front of a dog. Looks quite strange though, like the dog's heads are twisted at an odd angle.
Due to my astigmatism most of the optical illusions never work for me, I saw immediately that the pup´s been turning his head, it´s strange, but true, f. ex. there´re a lot of black and white pics that should "start moving" if you look at them for longer, that never ever works for me!!! :D
Days later that still looks like a f****d-up dog face to me. My brain doesn't expect the dog's head to be twisted like that, and so it goes.
I'm kinda worried that I seem to be the only one who can barely see the "normal" dog...once I'm able, it quickly morphs back to the poor deformed pup with a hole in it's head!!I I bet Im gonna see that thing in my dreams....😵
I was thinking the poor thing was undoubtedly named "Lucky", but thankfully just your run of the mill goofy dog!
Even with the "helper" picture at the bottom, I had to work really hard to see it in the original!! That's crazy!
Are people really seeing all these crazy things? I just see a dog that's twisting its neck around to look over its shoulder, so to speak. I guess I must be used to seeing this kind of contortionism since I've had cats all my life... :-)
For those who are still confused about the image, either tilt your device or your head to the right (your right). And those, who are confused about why we were/are confused, then try to see the nose as its other eye. (without tilting your device or your head, of course) Honestly, I was confused and worried for nearly a minute...
It initially confuses you because you see the nose where you're expecting to see an eye and vice versa. The mouth is a bit of a giveaway
Tilt your head to the left and your computer I pad whatever tilt it to th right u will see the dog . It was driving me crazy too , but I got it . Lol
It's funny because until you see it your brain really panics, but once you do you can't unsee
