Nostalgia has a place in everyone's hearts, but no one floods the internet with their sentiments about the past as much as 90s kids. The 90s, after all, were a magical time when playing silly games outside all day met the development of modern technologies that have shaped and molded us into who we are now. And proud about it we are. However, since no age group spends online as much time as we do, cut us some slack, why don't you?

Many things made our childhood special — the CD player that wouldn't fit into any pocket, the legendary Tamagotchi, and hilarious 90s fashion that seem to have re-born nowadays quite seriously and not in the form of hilarious memes (much to our dismay). Most of these 90s nostalgia relicts are hardly available now, so we have to keep their memories alive. And what better way to do so than creating funny memes? Scroll down to check out the nostalgic selection of 90s trend that will instantly send every kid of the decade down the memory lane and upvote your favorites.

Actually, you'd take the photos and look at them. You'd try and get a good pic, rather than just taking a whole bunch. And, get this: you'd take photos of other people and things, rather than always being the center of attention.

I'm not being rude or a troll here, but I do take photos on my cell phone and look at them. I do get good pics (for free) and get to take better pics when the initial ones did not work out. I also mostly take photos of other people and things and myself once in a while. We did that too with this disposables (selfies) it just never turned out well.

When I was in 2nd grade we had this Daddy-Daughter-Dance thing where a bunch of sweaty elementary scholars would dance to Disney songs while the dads would stand by the bleachers in a 90 degree gym. Anyways, my mom did NOT trust me with a nice camera, so she found one of these cameras (TBH I have no idea what they're called) and said that I couldn't take many pictures, so don't go crazy. I, being 7 years old, figured that this meant, like, 100 pictures or something. So I take a ton of photos. I come home and I'm like, "Moooooom, can I see my pictures now?" And she said, "I'll pick them up sometime this week." I was so confused. So that week, I go with my mom and we get the photos. "Wait, Mom, there's only, like, 10 pictures here and some of them are blurry." Long-story-short, my Mom decided to be very specific after I kept asking the lady at the counter for my photos XD

I'm very glad this era is over! 24 exposures for $12 and then another $12-$15 more for development. What a ripoff!

A ton ? More like 12 or 24... when you had a descent camera you could put in a roll of 36. And at the price of development and print you'd better not mess them up...

my cousin had a ton of these (without the reels, used up ones) you know how you charge them with that slider thing, we used to do that and bang them on the table to create the flash xD Good days :p

Also: ‘a ton of pictures’ was way less than it is today. You had to take 1 shot and hope it was good enough, if it wasn’t, that was it. Now you can easily take ten pictures to choose from but that would have been way too expensive back then.

I still make analog photography, for some occasions anyways- and I tell you, that feeling of collecting the developed roll from the shop- priceless! (I also do develop, at least the b&w)

The cost was as big as the time to wait to get them :) Before taking any "useless" photo you'll think about how much it'll cost first lol

Worse with the ones that fall really slowly. The start of it wakes you up, then you spend the following 10 mins frozen in bed, trying to distinguish what the sound was and if you were actually still asleep or not lol
